Weight bearing as tolerated

Multiplanar isometric exercise:
- Passive stretching
Weeks 4-6
Isotonic exercise
Weeks 6-10
Start eccentric exercise
Weeks 10-12
Functional ADL progression may include:
- Plyometrics/ballistics
Weeks 12+
Unrestricted activity
